Abotsi - Goldfields Prediction League Champ

Leading Seaman Michael Abotsi is the winner of the Goldfield Sponsored Prediction League organized by Ghanaweb during the just concluded African Nations cup from 19 December 2007 to Feb. 10 2008. Abotsi is a physical training instructor based at the Naval Base in Michel-Camp, Tema.

Abosti won the first prize of $500 with a grand total of 124 points

Second place, just two points less than the leader, went to a participant using the moniker “takyi”. The contestant did not provide a name and and address and thus forfits his price of $300.

Third prize of $100 was won by Isaac Debarh of Madina in Accra

No contestant was able to win the grand price of $1000, which required 300 points
