70 Players undergo Justify Exercise At Red Bull Academy.

70 players made of first team players, U.17 and U.15 drawn fromVolta , Greater Accra, Brong Ahafo , Eastern , Western , Ashanti ,Togo, Benin and Guinea on Monday were given the platform to showcase their talents and an opportunity to join Red Bull Academy during a one day justify your inclusion exercise at the Red Bull Academy at Sogakope. The players were taken through the admission criteria which include speed test, slalom dribbling, crossing,wall passing etc.

Technical director ,Hans Peter Schaller, in a chart after the exercise was full of smiles describing it as a worthy course and said the academy will embark on a justify your inclusion exercise once every month. According Hans Peter, the academy was established to help Ghanaian and West African players to make it big at the world level and will always give a platform for them to showcase their talents after which management will decide whether they are good for the academy or not. He was however quick to point out that ,any player wishing to join the Red Bull Academy or admitted into the academy must go through the admission criteria and must satisfy or meet the bench mark. He advised prospective players whose dream is to join the academy to continue training hard and be discipline in every thing they do .¡¢To become a successful footballer ,two things must always work together .Hard work and discipline which are two paramount ingredients for every player at the academy. Any player lacking the two should rather learn a different trade¢¢ he said.

He ended by advising players who may fail in meeting the grade not to be down hearted but go home and train hard since there will be opportunity for old participants after six months.

General Manager Sigfried Sanzio Bahner commended the new technical director describing him as hard working man who eschew laziness and indiscipline and one who knows his onions.

To me ,he is very industrious person and knows his job well and I think together with his team Red Bull Academy will go far.
