This is a shame on the Church. Why should the church invite politicians to grace the religious occasion? Mahama will go and do politics there. We don't need politicians in such occasions. They should have invited competent and knowledgeable religious people to attend or grace the occasions instead of inviting politicians all the time. Religious leaders must stop this practice.

The NPP flag bearer, who was the Special Guest at the 16th General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana at Abetifi-Kwahu in the Eastern Region, indicated in his speech on Monday August 16 that: “Inflated contracts, which are currently the bane of our public finances, will be things of the past.”
For him, competitive bidding was the best protection of value for money in public transactions and will be the consistent mechanism for undertaking transactions under his government, emphasising that “the era of sole sourcing will come to an end”.
