The Christian and Charismatic Council was wrong in asking the Electoral Commission to implement the Supreme Court Ruling. I do not think any of the individual members understands the ruling. What they should think of doing is to go to the Supreme Court for further and better particulars. What they have done is to sow a seed of discord between the EC and the uneducated Ghanaian. The have always shown a deliberate inclination toward Nana Akufo Addo and his NPP.

I wonder why people have issues with what the Christian Council said unless they stand to benefit from the EC not doing anything about the SC's ruling. All the Christian bodies are saying is that since the ruling was directed at the EC and the EC hasn't come out to say that it doesn't understand the ruling, the Christian bodies were only urging them to implement the ruling whatever their understanding is. This is clearly in order considering the growing concerns in the country which the concerned clergymen are obviously oblivious to. So will the EC sit aloof and do nothing if Abu Ramadan doesn't go back to court? I wonder what these concerned clergymen are concerned about since they haven't raised any concerns about the governance of the country. What kind of hypocrisy is this? By the way, anybody who says religion has nothing to do with politics is ignorant and doesn't understand the word politics.

The NDC is a group of organized criminals. Tsatsu Tsikata, Kwame Peprah, Victor Selormey, Dr Sipa Yankey, Ibrahim Adam, Dan Abodakpi etc were jailed so that the NDC members will stop stealing. They did not stop. They have rather increased the stealing. Look at SADA, SUBAH, ISOFOTON, WATERVILLE, WOYOME, CP, Nayele cocaine scandal, inflated project costs for Kumasi and Tamale airports rehabilitation, STX, inflated project costs for Kasoa and circle interchange projects, inflated project costs for Ridge hospital expansion, AMERI, KARPOWER, AMAJARO, EMBRAER aircraft deal, the illegal transfer of US$250million into a Nigerian bank - the Ahwoi brothers syndicated corruption- etc, etc. The stealing of state money by the NDC is just too much

We want truth in Ghana. How is the EC implementing the ruling of the Supreme Court ?let us not look at our stomach today only. The EC should therefore carry the ruling now in order to let peace reign after the elections.

What is the concerned clergymen got to do with politics if they want to advise the Christian Council to stay out of politics? Or do they hope to do a better representation of their church members than Dr Opuni and his associates? I cannot understand it?
That would only be the third wing of the confused christian community of Ghana! And the cause of all the confusion can be laid at the feet of our leaders - the Bishops and arch Bishops, prophets and soothsayers!
Bob Okala and colleagues would say: "God go punish you one day, one day!"
