Why is Rev. Martey not condemning USA and cease to have anything to do with USA but rather trotting in the USA causing confusion among Ghanaian Presbyterians and turning around to benefit from the generoisity of PCUSA.
I say this because Martey has so many Presbyterian pastors in PCUSA seminaries including Herbert Oppong, the immediate past Clerk of General Assembly of PCG. Is Martey not aware that Herbert is in a PCUSA institution of learning and is feeding on their scholarship?
Is Martey not aware that Rev. Kwapong, the chair of Akuapem presbytery going to Princeton PCUSA Theological Seminary on PCUSA scholarship?
Is Rev. Martey not aware that Rev. Dr. Azumah whom he is using to destroy the church in Atlanta feeding on Columbia PCUSA Theological Seminary? Is Martey not aware that Azuma has forced Diana Baah out of a PCUSA church and yet going back to PCUSA presbytery for support in addition to scholarships she is enjoying at Columbia?
Presbyterians, let us be wise, Martey and the PCG hierarchy are using us on the ground in the USA for their own greedy means. Do you believe that they will ever post the village (financially) struggling pastor to teh USA to also enjoy some dollars before he/she does? No, it is only the the people near and dear to the head office. They are doing it all for their pockets and not for your salvation.
martey is simply a hipocrite, throwing dust in people eyes. If not, then he should first re-call Herbert Oppong, Azumah, Kwapong, and all those pastors he is posting to the USA and stop travelling to USA himself before touching Rev. Frimpong Manso. In that case we will consider him a man of God but for now, Martey's name is HYPOCRITE.
I hope that the USA Consular in Ghana will note Martey's position on a matter that the supreme court has rulled on and stop him and all his pastors from travelling to the USA.
