I have witnessed it in my Village in Ghana where unsuspecting Muslims girls are lured with material things and are made to turn Christians only for them to literally becoming whores.
Again, poor Muslims are deceived by the bling bling of Christianity. Instead of a poor Muslim preacher, they are made to witness the flamboyant lifestyle of these false prophets. Thus the unsuspecting poor Muslim folks are deceived by the impressions not knowing those pastors are just feeding on the poor folks in the church.
My own sister after becoming a member of the Pentecost church began to bemoan her fate and complained incessantly about the crazy demands of the church: collections today, tite tomorrow, special offertory in the evening, kofi and Ama on Thursday etc.

First of all, when the Christian world was buying and keeping slaves, it was Mohammed who advocated for the abolition of slavery. In fact, he made it one of his many injunctions on his believers to free a slave as an atonement of sin.
Again, Mohammed is the only Prophet known in history to have advocated for the rights of women and children. He left vivid rules and regulations (including religious injunctions)on the right of a woman to inherit property. The Christian only saw the light fairly recently.
During those wars conducted by Christians, they slaughtered everybody from friend to enemies Jerusalem. On the contrary, when Mohammed took over Mecca, he personally instructed that not only people should be left unharmed but even trees should be cut. It was only those who resisted and deserve to die who got killed.

Saudi Arabia and Yemen only abolished slavery in 1962. Oman followed suit in 1970 and Mauritania in 1905, 1981, and again in August 2007. However, slavery under sanction of Islam is documented presently in the predominately Islamic countries of Chad, Mauritania, Niger, Mali and Sudan. So, when will ALL the Muslim world see the light?
Yes freeing a slave under Islam can atone for sin, but one who frees A slave does not automatically free all their slaves. Furthermore, Muslims treat believers who are slaves differently than non-believers who are slaves -- and feel religiously justified in doing so.
Muslim beliefs on slaves have varied depending upon what is politically and economically expedient for them. There is no consistency whatsoever. And, where slavery still exists in the Muslim world just happens to be on the continent of Africa. BIG trouble.

On your position regarding Islam v Slavery, Muslims treated slaves far more humane than Christians ever thought of. In the Muslim world, the masters lived with their slaves in the same household. However, just visit Mount Vernon in Virginia and see the ghettos which slaves were housed.
For your information, women were subjugated to utter inferior status before and during the time of Mohammed. Arabs were killing their daughters just because to have a daughter (especially the first born) was viewed almost as same as experiencing something sacrilegious.
It was within these circumstances that Mohammed was born. Now how does he change such entrenched practice? It's almost as asking the question how does one eats an elephant? And the answer is a little at a time, or a piece at a time.
That was where the ingenuity of Mohammed came into play. He made sure he wrapped his humane requests within religious injunctions--and he succeeded in a big way.
Now ask yourself what was happening in the Christian world to Black people when they were being gradually freed in the Arab world? Do your research and you will be surprised.
Mohammed is generally viewed as way ahead of his time when he advocated for women to be given a share in properties; when he asked for the consent of a girl to be sought before being given to marriage; when he totally repudiated the practice of infanticide. The list goes on and on and on.
Just read the last sermon of Mohammed before he died; just glance through his speech on equality; just read on his insight into the question of Black race and the White race--and guess what, he made these profound statements on race relations over 1400 years ago. Return the goods entrusted to you to their rightful owners. Hurt no one so that no one may hurt you. Remember that you will indeed meet your Lord, and that He will indeed reckon your deeds.
Allah has forbidden you to take usury (interest); therefore all interest obligation shall henceforth be waived. Your capital, however, is yours to keep. You will neither inflict nor suffer any inequity.

It is true that you have certain rights in regard to your women, but they also have rights over you. Remember that you have taken them as your wives, only under Allah's trust and with His permission. If they abide by your right then to them belongs the right to be fed and clothed in kindness. Do treat you women well and be kind to them, for they are your partners and committed helpers. And it is your right that they do not make friends with anyone of whom you do not approve, as well as never to be unchaste.

Nothing shall be legitimate to a Muslim, which belongs to a fellow Muslim unless it was given freely and willingly. Do not therefor, do injustice to yourselves.
Remember one day you will appear before Allah and answer for your deeds. So beware, do not stray from the path of righteousness after I am gone. People, no prophet or apostle will come after me and no new faith will be born. Reason well therefore,
O people, and understand words which I convey to you. I leave behind me two things, the Quran and the Sunnah (Hadith), and if you follow these you will never go astray. All those who listen to me shall pass on my words to others and those to others again; and may the last ones understand my words better than those who listened to me directly. Be my witness, O Allah, that I have conveyed your message to your people."

You must likely know that you have little case or you are just bulldozing your way - or you must be simply blind spiritually as you force yourself to support a one legged-stool of a religion. I mean, for example, you invariably always start your articles with what certain professors once said about certain quotations from the Koran to support the validity of those quotations. That practice of name-dropping is in itself disgraceful and should appear ill-advised to every level-headed person. For a universal truth of God doesn't need validation from any human being, no matter his academic standing; we all know of professors or whoever that are perverts and senseless when it comes to things of God. They're not repository of spiritual wisdom or wisdom generally. Otherwise, Allah would have chosen a very learned man for a Muhammad, if Muhammad himself were worth what Muslims credit him.
In every society everywhere, even at its primitive times, any man or woman knew that pregnancy started with the introduction of sperm into the woman's womb. Why should it be a credit-worthy subject to be considered for Islam? Who won't understand that God ordained procreation that way? Is it scientific? And moreover, when Muhammad slept with many women - some as old as his first wife, Khadija, who was about fifteen years older than Muhammad and who as a wealthy widow was his first employer; and some "women" who were mere children under their teens - weren't those acts enough to teach an ignoramus at the end of the day that the women were getting pregnant because of the sperms he was ejecting into them? So isn't it natural that he did devote some time on conception as God ordained it? Why should this range of devotion on the part of Muhammad rise to the level of the scientific that is credit-worthy at all to Islam? Do we need an angel to come and tell us this? Is Allah in competition with mankind in the revelation of scientific facts? Or was it Muhammad's angel the one that by talking about sperms, etc. to Muhammad, induced him into polygamy, or more bluntly, pedophilia?
Knowing that Muhammad had a soft spot when it comes to any discussion involving reproduction and sex, Husein Baba/Waiz would have done better eschewing any discussion of this kind.
Most Muslims - I wonder whether its the Islam that has made them so warped-minded: They can't reason to know that a religion must be judged or validated mostly on the character and pursuit of the founder. If the founder endorsed fighting and killing whether in the name of Allah or God, that's how it must be judged. One can't expect the followers to outgrow this practice. So what we see the Muslims perpetrating all over the world is par for the course. Those living normal human life are the ones not really consumed by the religion. These think actually, in their simple-mindedness, that they've found God and try to adjust themselves accordingly. May God help these simple-minded people and bring them into real salvation in Christ. Such simple-minded people tap deeply from the traditional culture of peace in which they have been growing. If they tilt more towards the Koran, they too will begin to kill the infidel; they will whip their wives but not as much as they would do slaves; they will begin to cut hands of thieves; they will perforce grow beard; they'll condemn the prostitute to death by stoning; they'll condemn a Muslim who converts to Christianity to death, a Muslim woman who marries a Christian, first to hundred lashes, and after she has been delivered of her baby, to death by hanging; they'll ban Western education and subject their children to a grueling memorization of that monster of a book, the Koran; the very book the learning of which prepares them for future suicide bombing. Why won't they? They'll have learned to look down on this life: to see it as a useless work of God. What matters is the life in the other world with seventy virgins. They despise this world and they impose that attitude on everyone else by helping to curtail everyone's lives through suicide-bombing. Oh, how these Muslims are so rough-edged! Yet while they are in this world, they will use the technologies produced through Western education for their enjoyment and for fighting. They won't abide by the 7th Century cave lifestyle prescription in the Koran except in the area of the destruction of the other man they can't forcibly convert. Poor Islamic women! They have no freedom; they can't step outside alone. The Koran, in spite of all its noise, can't teach its men to exercise restraint; the burden now falls on the women to hide/imprison themselves: this religion does not teach restraint through spirituality but through physicality. Fact is, there's no spirituality about it.
Contrast Islam with Christianity. The founder, Christ Jesus, having a heavenly mission, being so close to the Father, and as a bonafide Son, deputizing for the Father in the creation of the world.(As all good sons will do beside their father, not remaining idle, but serving him under the supervision of the father, so that the Father, in the case of the Lord Jesus will stand out truly as a Father and a King over all). This Christian Founder, in a veritable spirit of holiness and as a Father of mankind on earth - how would he responsibly indulge in marriages, he who accounts Himself responsible for their very existence. Being beside His Holy Father, He created all. A truly responsible Founder! No sin around Him. Not even born by the sinful man through the sperm Muhammad spends a lot of energy to talk ungracefully about in a bid to be relevant. And as for His being born by the Spirit, Muhammad himself testifies about solicitously and ended by self-convictingly declaring that Christ is ordinary like everyone else. In fact, that Christ is even beneath him. That he, Muhammad is the one to correct all the mistakes in the Holy Bible. God or Allah making mistakes first and correction later? God as I know Him won't make mistakes, ever. Maybe, Muhammad's Allah will. Everything about Muhammad and Islam is very sweeping. And it has to destroy or contradict everything else before it can stand. Why? Its stories are based on myth. The Allah didn't have a foreknowledge to choose and reveal himself through a chosen people as God did with the Israelis and the prophets. Muhammad's Allah brusquely appeared on the scene with the first non-Jew "prophet," the source of whose revelations is an angel only he knows. No other witness. No miracles, except "scientific matters concerning the sperm." God, who has foreknowledge about everything, revealing Himself through Muhammad, would have given him signs powerful enough to squelch everyone's doubt, as He surely would know we would be experiencing. Too many doubts about Muhammad. When He called Moses, He knew the Israelis would doubt him. He therefore gave him signs. In fact, everybody until Muhammad qualified as a prophet because God gave him physical signs that satisfied the people. In this way people bent to the will of God in response to the prophets, doing so with a heart of gratitude to God. Muhammad, lacking this, picked up the sword and the use of force - brutal force that characterizes the religion up till now. To them blood must always fall. Is Allah so blood-thirsty?
Islam depends on an angel reciting everything. Human-beings have no role to play. What a spoon-feeding angel! Sad role play. In the process there's nothing earthly, except for the earthly names borrowed from the Bible. No names of kings or tribes in human situations to validate historicity.
They want to claim for Muhammad everything credited to Jesus. They say he was resurrected, yet his grave is there with his bones. When Christians say Jesus was resurrected we see the disciples actually running to the grave and finding it empty. We see Christ appearing after the resurrection to appoint Peter as the head (i.e. the first Pope) of the apostles. He, as the divine King that He is, left no vacuum as to his succession. What do we see with "almighty" Muhammad: a scramble, one group choosing a nephew, another choosing an uncle as the successor, sparking an unending inter-Islam fights. In spite of his many wives he didn't have a son; or the only son he had died. How sad! Pathetic! A prophet helpless in his own home; how would one expect him to resurrect someone's child.
Most Muslims can't simply understand that Christianity is defined by the holiness of the Founder and the beauty of the Scriptures that is so practical and realistic and the eternal salvation found only in the Son of God who has paid for our sins with his blood that we may live a new life of love in Him, the kind of love that comes from Christ who laid down his life for us out of that love. You can't kill in His holy Name; you can't commit adultery; you can't commit pedophilia; you can't stone anybody for any reason; you can't hang anybody for any reason; you can't cut hands. You don't need to grow beards, and try to imitate the way Jesus dressed in those days. You don't have a stereotypical way of praying. God hears you through your own language, for God is not a monoglot. You don't love cats and avoid dogs - all out of an effort to imitate Muhammad: physical that Islam is! In Christianity, it's your heart, it's love from first to last: that is the way of Spirit; that's how truly to walk with Christ. You love all animals created by God.
When Muslims see a Christian pedophile or sinner they fail naively to know that it is Satan actively perverting the lives of such people, Satan working in every garden of God, sowing bad seeds just as Satan used Muhammad as a bad seed to cause people to turn from God and his Christ. A pedophile, for instance, is clearly living outside the Bible. That's not so with the suicide bomber and the Koran. People fear to talk about religion and God because what comes into their mind is 9/11, Boko Haram, suicide bombing everywhere, human heads being cut in Iraq, London; sentences of death to pregnant women for apostatizing, etc. Women enslaved...

Secondly, those who are attacking the writer just pile insults instead of using facts and logic. What the Author wrote are factual and authentic. I was a Christian who became a Muslim, and have come across versus in the Quran that literally blows my mind away.
Quranic verses that talks about the big bang phenomenon; verses that talk about the various heavenly bodies flowing in orbit; Quranic verses that talk about the expanding universe; verses that talk about how mountains provide stability to the earth (phenomenon recently discovered by geologists and their ilk).
When you juxtapose the fact of Mohammed being an illiterate, with such profound and mind-blowing scientific facts flowing like a river in the pages of the Quran, you are left with nothing by wonder.
I have read the Bible from Genesis to Revelation. I have taken courses from the Institution of the Monarchy to the fall of the Southern Kingdom (In the Old Testament), and from the Synoptic Gospels, the Acts of the Apostles, etc (In the New Testament). And not once did I, or have I come across such profound scientific claims in the Bible.
I live in the United States and what I see here is people moving away from God because of laughable claims of religion primarily Christianity.
Just consider this: The claims in the Old Testament (Genesis in particular) depicts the earth of having been created around 7 thousand years ago. The calculation was reached based on the creation of Adam to the time of Jesus. However, you and I know that the claim is false based on scientific facts.
Now compare with what is said in the Quran. The saime claim is made in the Quran that God created the universe in seven days. But check this out: t he Quran adds 'a day is about 50 thousand years in your reckoning.'
This means uncountable number years by implication. And this claim squares firmly with scientific facts: That the earth came about millions if not billions of years ago.
I believe in God very much. God does not lie. If one religious book gives me a claim which is factually incorrect,and another religious book's claim has been (and being proving)by science to be correct, I will be a fool to keep on sticking to that book just because I love it.
Humans were created by God to use our mind. That is why even though my background is in Christianity, I chose to be a Muslim. When scientific facts supports a revelation, I will be remised to follow blind faith based on unscientific facts.
Your other claim of Jesus being Lord is laughable. No where in the Synoptic gospels did Jesus call himself God. In fact, when a disciple called him good master, he upbraided him by saying "why do you call me good; there is none good but God only."
Again, he prayed unstoppably to God for help and solace. Just check the prayer he gave to the world:

Did you anywhere here Jesus directing his prayer unto himself ? All his supplications were (and are)unto God. It is the Gospel of John ( amply supported by the Acts of the Apostles) that feed words into the Mouth of Jesus.
Words like "In the beginning was the word, the word was with God, and the word was God" were assertions placed in the Bible by John and NEVER EVER uttered by Jesus. The Gospel of John was itself written over one hundred years after the death of Christ. Look at the various claims made which cannot even be found in the synoptic Gospels.

And one of the few learned men that jump ship from Christianity to Islam in this day and age when Islam is awash in terrorism and confusion. The few other people I have heard about (not seen), joined Islam only later to commit an attack of one kind or the other. And such people were later found to have mental issues, unsurprisingly, explaining why they apostatized in the first place. They joined Islam because it would provide a fertile soil for their ultimate diabolical plan. I am not talking about the shoe bomber or the Nigerian underwear bomber, anyway. Almost every other Muslim I know was unfortunately born into it. Those who were not born into it are usually males; for no normal woman, especially when educated, will walk herself into the noose Islam holds at the doorway. Most men who join later, like you, in most cases, do so because of an enticement in the form of a Muslim man offering his beautiful young daughter for marriage to that man, like a sheep on the market. And you know how men may jump on such an offer especially if the helpless girl happen to be about 15-20 years younger than themselves or their wives (if the men are already married). For the men will be persuaded that in Islam one can marry as many as one can because Muhammad set a precedence - so much did Muhammad love the flesh of those he was supposed to save! Why not, why rear chicken and not eat the eggs, just in the manner of a thief among the flock making sure he's satisfied first? After all, isn't having so many of the "fruits" as rewarding, if not more, as doing Gods work to him, Muhammad?
I hope I have not rung any bell with you by what I've said: that you may not have joined Islam because of some teenage helpless daughter a Muslim offered you and that you may not have abandoned your first wife. For since you say you live in USA, you can't possibly tag two of them along.
A friend of mine who did just that and converted to Islam very soon became foolishly critical, even virulent towards the Bible he had adored. Islam became like a wine the drunkard is praising. The carnal benefit in the woman blinded him completely. In his case, Islam had helped him to have two women at a go. Who can beat that? I remember the first wife, about 16 years older than the new wife weeping for a while before accepting her fate and also converting to Islam willy-nilly. Their children were converted too, forcibly. That's how Islam grows!

As is typical of Muslims, you chose to be sweeping and not specific about what kind of claims you meant. I have visited US several times and stayed long periods during visits and never saw waves of people fleeing from God because of Christian claims. I don't know whether you woke up from a dream to say that. In fact, when I visit US I reach out to people as you know Christians love to do. I find most people getting to understand God more clearly by my outreach. And, if you care to know, almost every one to a man takes a breath of relief, to know that I'm not talking about the religion that was a source of their grief on that infamous 9/11 day and has since been relentlessly seeking to destroy that beautiful Christian-based, open, tolerant, modern (as opposed to the primitivity of Islamic cultures) - that progressive country that is not seeking to wear the beard of Muhammad; the country that the "destroyers" have rocked again through the agency of the military psychiatrist, major Nidal? who attacked his own fellow military men at the military base even as he shouted "Allaahu Akbar." Was he shouting, "My dear, blood-thirsty Allah, please drink human blood?" You know how many poor innocent fellow soldiers died there?
And that was not all. Do you remember the Boston bombing? How many innocent lives were lost and maimed for no reason? If one of the victims were your sister or brother you would reconsider seriously what religion you belong to. For I happened to talk to a relative of one of the victims who lost his limbs. You should have been there to see her pains. She kept asking, "why, why, why...?" And the fact is, the two perpetrators did not just get up to do this. They had all the time to prepare - to prepare to kill those whom their "holy book" has clearly designated killable; and they had had external support and training because the elder brother had been in Pakistan, the country until recently reputed to be the repository of Islamic scholarship and interpretation of the guileful book. Until recently, that is, when the very scholars were found to be uncontainable in their own country by their own government. They are being hounded out like rats by their own soldiers and killed like the pests that they are, to follow the path of the crack leader Osama bin Ladin. Note: everyone mentioned so far, from 9/11 to date was a Koran scholar who might know the Koran more than you do, Bro. Adjaloo.
Christianity is such that a person who clearly knows Christ will prefer to hang himself for making a fatal mistake like Judas did. He hanged himself because the word of God which he had witnessed all along was in him; he found himself unfit to live.
Will anybody in his right mind ever think these killings by Muslims are just random - are not based on ideology, in this case, religion. Just imagine them, they may be very poor but they can afford to buy a whole new truck for suicide bombing among their own people, not even necessarily among "enemies" like what has just happened in Afghanistan as I'm writing this comment, Eighty-seven people have just been killed and over 40 injured in a suicide bombing according to BBC; the Taliban, however, is disclaiming responsibility. How far should this destruction go before it could be blamed on a source, the MAJESTIC QUR'AN? Why is a religion not able to impart a sense of fear, a real sense of fear of God, in its followers? And surprisingly, most Muslims - nay all Muslims - will like the rest of us not to take note of what is happening all around us. And one of them, Bro. Adjaloo will prefer to point an accusing finger at Christians, saying they are the reason people are running from God. Couldn't he be aware that Muslims, by what they have been doing all over the world and particularly in US, that they smell like rams? I think America is just managing them. Why not? Because the constitution writers, none of them being a Muslim, were able to incorporate the fact of the need to love your neighbour, to let him live as a free individual, able to worship as they like, nobody wielding whips over others, male or female. Oh, Christianity, what a beauty, how timeless, how divine!

In this final part, I am going to tackle the very important question about the Lordship of Jesus Christ, a question Muslims love to handle dishonestly and frivolously as you did in your write-up. The claim you made is: Jesus is not Lord and that He never even personally claimed that He was.
Interestingly, you started by stating that when you were a Christian, you read the Bible through and through yet you did not know that the person who addressed Jesus calling Him "good teacher" was not one of His disciples -(Mark 10:17-29). It is very important to know that difference in order to understand what I am going to say. When Jesus said, "No one is good - except God alone," He wasn't denying that He was God. He was actually saying that the rich man could not claim that he knew Him already. And Jesus was proved right for the man refused to comply with what Jesus was asking him to do and walked away. He wouldn't have walked away if he had known that he was face to face with God. In other words, to know God takes pains and sacrifices and the man could have passed through those hurdles already. The disciples qualified to know Him that's why Jesus wouldn't have asked such a question to a disciple. That's why you are grievously wrong to say that the man Jesus addressed was a disciple. Jesus therefore wasn't denying that He was God. He was simply challenging the rich man that he didn't know Him. Surely, the disciples with Him wouldn't think the way you're thinking that Jesus was only a prophet or a man. Remember, some of them left John the Baptist, whom you Muslims call Yahya, to come to Jesus. Why would they have done that if Jesus and John were equal in their eyes? John himself had testified that he was even unfit to untie the lace of His sandals. And yet John was a prophet! John quoted Isaiah the prophet (Isa.40:3), to show further his rank vis-a vis Jesus: "I am the voice of one calling in the desert, 'Make straight the way for the Lord.'"
Jesus' Lordship was foretold by many prophets including Isaiah. It is vanity, even thorough wickedness, for anyone not to see if he ever read the whole Bible. It's a heart of one with a terrible agenda; but an agenda against God and the truth? That person will be fighting against his own soul that truly wants to be saved.
As John pointed out - (Jn.5:31-47)- Jesus said "If I testify about myself my testimony is not valid. There is one who testifies in my favor and I know that his testimony about me is valid [...]
"I have a testimony weightier than that of John. For the very work that the Father has given me to finish, and which I am doing testifies that the Father has sent me...You diligently study the Scriptures because you think that by them you possess eternal life, yet you refuse to come to me to have life..."
You see, Jesus didn't go about saying, "I am the Son of God," in a cheap, flippant way. The fact is that access to eternal salvation itself is not cheap. The gate is narrow. And we don't expect God revise His requirement for us to accommodate a billion people who strangely, even cruelly, shut their eyes to truth while some of them argued that because of their number God can't have a choice but to accept them by all means. Salvation was never in Adam, in Abraham, in Moses, in Isaiah or any other prophet but in Christ, the only one that wasn't born by a human father. It can't be with Muhammad who has no reason to prove that he was higher than Moses. Moses life was laced with powerful signs from God. Muhammad was simply interested in marriage and wives and taking his adopted son's wife and creating verses in the Qu'ran to justify it.

In any case it appears that the author of the Quran was familiar with the theories of the Greek biologist Galen, who described almost the exact same thing 400 years before the Quran. I'm not impressed by what the Quran says about embryonic development.

Yet at the same time, you are imputing that we should not believe a person who never ever had the benefit of any education but who over 1400 years ago gave us insights into phenomena that only recent scientific insights could explain.
Consider this: The Prophet Mohammed lived and died in a primitive environment; was never educated; lived a poor life because he lost both father and mother before even growing up; was in the employ of a lady (who later married him) as a tender of camels etc.

It is unscholarly to choose to propagate doctrines which have serious theological, archeological and epistemological deficits, no matter how zealous one is in his profession. Case in point is the teaching of other religions, and science from the 7th century perspective of Mohammed, the unlettered prophet of Islam. I must admit Mohammed was very brilliant for for an unlettered person. He would receive an honorary degree if he were living in our time.
I would like you to direct your attention to pre--Islamic worship. Observe: Worship at the Ka’aba and the kissing of the Black Stone are just the first of many practices adopted from 7th century paganism and repackaged within monotheistic Islam.
Veneration of the Black-stone[edit]
The pagan gods of pre-Islamic Arabia were worshipped in the form of rectangular stones or rocks. For example, the pagan deity 'Al-Lat', mentioned in Qur'an 53:19, and believed by pre-Islamic pagans to be one of the daughters of Allah, was once venerated as a cubic rock at Ta'if in Saudi Arabia. An edifice was built over the rock to mark it apart as a house of worship.
Al-lat stood in al-Ta'if, and was more recent than Manah. She was a cubic rock beside which a certain Jew used to prepare his barley porridge (sawiq). Her custody was in the hands of the banu-'Attab ibn-Malik of the Thayif, who had built an edifice over her. [...]She is the idol which God mentioned when He said, "Have you seen Al-lat and al-'Uzza (Surah 53:19)?[2]

And so the question they asked one another was, don't we know these stories already, and how come he(Mohammed) claims to be receiving them from heaven(Allah)?
Ladies and gentlemen, there has been this attempt by muslims to accredit everything good about pre-islamic Arabia to Mohammed and his religion. Please don't be deceived, the evidence that the quran was compiled from Judeo Christian and pagan sources, including our myths is in no doubt.
The pagans of Mecca who were very intelligent knew there was nothing new in the quran, except the unbridled evil in it, that was why they rejected Mohammed who would later invade them with the sword to force himself on them as a prophet.
Now come to think of it, ancient Indian philosophers are known to have known or discovered some of our modern day scientific knowledge, centuries before Mohammed was born. Are we then to believe that they received their hypothesis directly from God or through an angel?
And how do we explain the scientific inaccuracies of the quran if we are to accept it on the bases of its sciences?

directly or indirectly, during any discussion on
religion or world affairs. Muslim stereotypes
are perpetuated in every form of the media
accompanied by gross misinformation about
Islam and Muslims. In fact, such
misinformation and false propaganda often
leads to discrimination and acts of violence
against Muslims. A case in point is the anti-
Muslim campaign in the American media
following the Oklahoma bomb blast, where the
press was quick to declare a ‘Middle Eastern
conspiracy’ behind the attack. The culprit was
later identified as a soldier from the American
Armed Forces.
Let us analyze this allegation of
‘fundamentalism’ and ‘terrorism’:
1. Definition of the word ‘fundamentalist’
A fundamentalist is a person who follows and
adheres to the fundamentals of the doctrine or
theory he is following. For a person to be a
good doctor, he should know, follow, and
practise the fundamentals of medicine. In
other words, he should be a fundamentalist in
the field of medicine. For a person to be a
good mathematician, he should know, follow
and practise the fundamentals of mathematics.
He should be a fundamentalist in the field of
mathematics. For a person to be a good
scientist, he should know, follow and practise
the fundamentals of science. He should be a
fundamentalist in the field of science.
2. Not all ‘fundamentalists’ are the same
One cannot paint all fundamentalists with the
same brush. One cannot categorize all
fundamentalists as either good or bad. Such a
categorization of any fundamentalist will
depend upon the field or activity in which he
is a fundamentalist. A fundamentalist robber
or thief causes harm to society and is
therefore undesirable. A fundamentalist
doctor, on the other hand, benefits society and
earns much respect.
3. I am proud to be a Muslim
fundamentalist
I am a fundamentalist Muslim who, by the
grace of Allah, knows, follows and strives to
practise the fundamentals of Islam. A true
Muslim does not shy away from being a
fundamentalist. I am proud to be a
fundamentalist Muslim because, I know that
the fundamentals of Islam are beneficial to
humanity and the whole world. There is not a
single fundamental of Islam that causes harm
or is against the interests of the human race as
a whole. Many people harbour misconceptions
about Islam and consider several teachings of
Islam to be unfair or improper. This is due to
insufficient and incorrect knowledge of Islam.
If one critically analyzes the teachings of Islam
with an open mind, one cannot escape the fact
that Islam is full of benefits both at the
individual and collective levels.
4. Dictionary meaning of the word
‘fundamentalist’
According to Webster’s dictionary
‘fundamentalism’ was a movement in American
Protestanism that arose in the earlier part of
the 20th century. It was a reaction to
modernism, and stressed the infallibility of the
Bible, not only in matters of faith and morals
but also as a literal historical record. It
stressed on belief in the Bible as the literal
word of God. Thus fundamentalism was a word
initially used for a group of Christians who
believed that the Bible was the verbatim word
of God without any errors and mistakes.
According to the Oxford dictionary
‘fundamentalism’ means ‘strict maintenance of
ancient or fundamental doctrines of any
religion, especially Islam’.
Today the moment a person uses the word
fundamentalist he thinks of a Muslim who is a
terrorist.
5. Every Muslim should be a terrorist
Every Muslim should be a terrorist. A terrorist
is a person who causes terror. The moment a
robber sees a policeman he is terrified. A
policeman is a terrorist for the robber.
Similarly every Muslim should be a terrorist
for the antisocial elements of society, such as
thieves, dacoits and rapists. Whenever such an
anti-social element sees a Muslim, he should
be terrified. It is true that the word ‘terrorist’
is generally used for a person who causes
terror among the common people. But a true
Muslim should only be a terrorist to selective
people i.e. anti-social elements, and not to the
common innocent people. In fact a Muslim
should be a source of peace for innocent
people.
6. Different labels given to the same
individual for the same action, i.e.
‘terrorist’ and ‘patriot’
Before India achieved independence from
British rule, some freedom fighters of India
who did not subscribe to non-violence were
labeled as terrorists by the British government.
The same individuals have been lauded by
Indians for the same activities and hailed as
‘patriots’. Thus two different labels have been
given to the same people for the same set of
actions. One is calling him a terrorist while the
other is calling him a patriot. Those who
believed that Britain had a right to rule over
India called these people terrorists, while those
who were of the view that Britain had no right
to rule India called them patriots and freedom
fighters.
It is therefore important that before a person
is judged, he is given a fair hearing. Both sides
of the argument should be heard, the situation
should be analyzed, and the reason and the
intention of the person should be taken into
account, and then the person can be judged
accordingly.
7. Islam means peace
Islam is derived from the word ‘salaam’ which
means peace. It is a religion of peace whose
fundamentals teach its followers to maintain
and promote peace throughout the world.
Thus every Muslim should be a fundamentalist
i.e. he should follow the fundamentals of the
Religion of Peace: Islam. He should be a
terrorist only towards the antisocial elements
in order to promote peace and justice in the
society.

posit that, it is serious to try to come to God in our own terms, other than what God himself has proclaimed. The book of Hebrews warns us all, that God has spoken to us through his Son, and that we ought to take the Gospel with uttermost seriousness.
It is your own responsibility to be sure of all things, and not relying on what people misquote to argue themselves out of the Kingdom of God.
IGNORANCE is the most dangerous disease, not even EBOLA, AIDS etc compares to the seriousness of IGNORANCE.
When Jesus Christ HIMSELF has come down from heaven, in the power of the volume of the Scriptures written about HIM, to attest to the truthfulness of ALL THE JEWISH PROPHETIC WRITINGS, my God!, then I do not know any further evidence that we need.
I can agree with some of the comments concerning the misdeeds in Churches.
The Church is actually a battle field, and we are to awake.
Jesus Christ is coming for a spotless Church. And certainly WISDOM knows his Children.
Infact, not all Churches are true Churches in the eyes of God. You are to make a choice, regarding an Assembly or Fellowship you deem fit. Remember, however that it is mandatory for you to receive the Son of God as Lord and Personal Saviour and get Baptised!
The Bible already have verses pertaining to Sciences and Astronomy long before Christ came to the earth, and some of the knowledge had already gone far and wide, and passed on orally from one generation to the other. Take time and read through the books of Psalms, Isaiah, Job, Ezekiel, etc, and you will discover these things.
The Bible is not however a Scientific book, far more than that. It is a book of Life written in a language that you can read to the understanding any one who wills.
I have been making frantic effort to share the Truth with some relatives(mainly cousins) of my, advising them to get baptised, for let God be found Truth and everyone a liar.
Remember that God is a covenant God and we are to covenant with HIM through his Son, for in the Son shall be the obedience of the nations, as prophesied in the OT.

A typical example could be a butterfly after couplation, starts as an egg (metamophos)to a larva to a coccoon and then to a fledgiling butterfly.
