Only in Ghana, would the owner and operator and lanlord of the premises and business where this accident occurred, will be allowed to roam free and decide how to redress the the ills he has caused.

what would have happened if these sad deaths and injuries had occured inside a night club? well i know in western systems, should such events have occured in a church or club, they would have been closed down by authorities immediately, and owners thrown before a judge and health and safety officials for prosecution. they could clear their name there and no other place.
God help Africa and the quest of our people for short cut routes to peace, prosperity and good health.

The Immortality of the Soul doctrine which is taught in some churches is not found in the Bible. The danger in its belief is that it paves the way for occultism, and a possible easy recruitment into secret societies. We first read of it in Genesis 3:4 where Satan contradicts God's injunction to Eve:
"And the serpent said unto the woman, You shall not surely die...."
Let's note what God told Adam in Genesis 2:17. "But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, you shall not eat of it: for in the day that you eat thereof you shall surely die."
Isn't it obvious that Satan is the originator of the Doctrine of the Immortality of the Soul?
Satan is our enemy (Genesis 3:15); he hates us and wants to destroy us.
"Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walks about, seeking whom he may devour..." (1Peter 5:8)
It is said of the Berean church:
"These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so." (Acts 17:11)

Question: Do the dead join their Creator at the moment of death?
"If a man dies, shall he live again? all the days of my appointed time will I wait, till my change comes. You shall call, and I will answer you: you will have a desire to the work of your hands" (Job 14:14-15).
The faithful shall be changed at the resurrection, a scheduled future event.
"Behold, I show you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed" (1 Corinthians 15:51-52).
"Therefore come out from among them, and be you separate, says the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, And will be a Father unto you, and you shall be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty." (2 Corinthians 6:17-18).

It is important to understand that his comments hinges on the hope that we have in Christ, as Christians.
We know that we would be resurrected one day.
Jesus, in his words says " Whoever believes in me, even though, he dies would live again".
Jesus, also says "A day is coming when people in memorial tombs will hear his voice and wake up"
"I am the resurrection and life", says the Lord.
So, when we die in Christ, all his not lost. Infact, we rather look forward to a glorious day.
I do agree with you that the misconception about the dead can lead people astray into thinking that part of the individual lives after death, leading to occultism(consulting the dead).
Let no one be tempted to consult the dead, for it is not the person who has died, rather demons put on the images/appearances of the dead.
When the word 'dead/die/death' is used in scriptures, it could apply to the spirit/soul/body. Let me leave this for now, else it provokes a protracted debate.
The most important thing is that we are in the memory of our Lord, to be resurrected to a glorious life, by virtue of whom we are in Christ.
