That will be the end of the bible.Who is trying to think for God. For the position of Peter, Jesus Christ gave that himself. It has happened before to the Jews after Eliah. In christ, if a person deserve to be in the central his life and being shall b without an appointment done by humans. Stop proposing something evil to occur. I mean leave as it is and the Lord will judge later.

The author of this article is right and I agree with what he has stated. I will reinforce his article with these pointers:
Defnition of centrality from Miriam Webster's Dictionary:
1. The state or quality of being central.
2. A tendency to be or remain at the center.
The Holy Spirit, the Comforter, is God's appointed Succsessor for his church, not the pope as the Roman Catholics (vicar of God) believe, neither is it Mohammed, a title for Mohammed in Islam.
"And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever..." (John 14:16).
He will teach and help us remember the word.
"But the Comforter, who is the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you"(John 14:26).
The church will be efficient in witnessing when the Holy Spirit is present in her.
"But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, who proceeds from the Father, he shall testify of me: And you also shall bear witness, because you have been with me from the beginningJohn 15:26-27}.

I used to volunteer and travel with the staff of Bible Society during Bible Week. I personally know Mr. Nunoo and called him my Uncle.

I don't understand what Mr Nunoo means by Gospel and the Holy Spirit. The Gospel is the good news which must be relevant to ALL life situations including unemployment, corruption, hunger, poverty and deprivation. As many go to church, wickedness, hatred, selfishness, greediness and corruption increases and many of these people are in the Church. The church is not an institution or building, it is people and about people and what type of people? People who fear God and will like to obey Him in every facet of life. And because the Holy Spirit lives in them, they will also want to live all their lives in holiness and purity. Is that the Church Mr. Nunoo is talking about or the building filled with people but corrupt and greedy with few living as true children of God???? What impact is the church making to make Ghana a nation free from corruption, hunger and poverty apart from praying and having big buildings and revival meetings?

Mr Yaw Menu, you have asked a very important question. The reign of sin in the life of a child of God is sad; the presence of the carnal nature manifesting itself in the works of the flesh shows that he has a new lord Gal 5-19-21 In Rom7:20 Paul points out:
"Now if I do that which I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwells in me."
Please contrast the works of the flesh (Gal 5:19-21) with the fruit of latians 5:22-23). This article is about the spirit-filled life, a remedy for the sin-filled life. Note:
The Spirit-filled life is essential in the covenant of grace ratified at Calvary.
"A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and you shall keep my judgments, and do them"(Ezekiel 36:26-27).
(1)Become a believer. In preparation for The Filling of the Spirit, one must be a believer in Jesus Christ as Son of God who made the full payment for our sins. Without this acclamation of faith, one cannot be filled with the Holy Spirit, for biblically, the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God and of Christ. This is very clearly stated in the New Testament.
(2)Confess known sin and seek and receive forgiveness for all sin by reliance on the completed work of Jesus Christ on the cross (His merits). The Scriptures teach that God works in those whose lives are free of sin. Keep "short records" with God about sin. Confess sin instantly, letting no departure from God's will continue
(2b) Be baptised, in a bible-believing church which keeps all of God's Commandments and the faith of Jesus. Baptism is your ratification of acceptance of Christ's covenant of grace.
"Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit"(Acts 2:38).
(3) Desire to be fully controlled by the Holy Spirit, which may also be called being under the full influence of the Spirit or to be constantly led by God. Seek this control in prayer. Do not place any conditions on what God may do in your life. Be ready for him to exhibit his control in any way he pleases. Do not demand anything as a sign of his filling. Expect only that he will make his full dominion evident as He did in the beginning.
(4)Read examples of people being filled with the Holy Spirit. Such as Acts2:4, Acts10:44-46 and Acts19:1-6
Claim the promise of God that he will reveal himself and fill your life with good things.
"That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him..."(Ephesians 1:17).
