The year has began with good news to me and by the grace of God almighty i will hear only good news.God bless you Volta for knowing that it is only God that can save you and not the number of bottles you break.it is good to go to church at least once to say thank you to God for carrying you throughout the year 2012 and to ask for the same mercy in 2013 for, not all had this privilege. i think we should all join the people of volta in doing same to honour God.

"For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved"(John 3:17).
"Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil"(Ecclesiastes 8:11).
God is a promise keeper and his promises know no delays.
"Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation" (2 Peter 3:3-4).
"The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up"(2 Peter 3:9-10).
Jesus is saving his people now. He wants everyone to be saved before he/she dies, or He returns as a Judge. "And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be"(Rev 22:11).
We must be saved.
"Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved" (Acts 4:12).

they were the poorest in the country yet lured by the pastors to donate their pennies and pay for pastors bills. enjoyment is healthy after a hard year's work and these selfish church goers must give their pennies to the bars to pay their taxes instead of to the benefit of sweet talkers. this act will have a toll on the GDP of the hard already pressed economy as the drinking bars will fail to also pay their taxes to central government to provide services that you and me need. Ho churchgoers don't repeat this mistake this year. entertain yourselves in the bars for this course.
