Dwenewoho gets 300 million cedi school block

Dwenewoho, (B/A), Feb. 25, GNA - The Nkoranza District Assembly has constructed a block of three classrooms with an office and a store estimated to cost over 300 million cedis for the local Primary School at Dwenewoho, a farming community in the District. Mr Kofi Osei-Fosu, Circuit Supervisor in-charge of Kranka, on Thursday handed over the keys of the building to the staff and community leaders of the area on behalf of the District Directorate of Education Mr Kwabena Agyemang-Badu.

He urged the teachers to ensure that the children would not use sharp objects to create and develop cracks on the walls of the buildings and to deface the colour.

Mr Osei-Fosu also urged the teachers to work harder to improve upon the performance of their pupils to enhance education in the community. The Headmaster of the school Mr. Bismark Zile who spoke on behalf of the community and his staff was grateful to the Nkoranza District Assembly for providing them with the facility to alleviate their accommodation problems.
