Nkoranza District hit by bushfires

Nkoranza (B/A) Feb. 4, GNA - Mr Thomas Okyere, a personnel at the Nkoranza District Fire Station, has expressed concern about the devastation of large hectares of arable lands at Mpem, Nyinase, Jerusalem, Dromankese, Dromankuma and Asekye-Krukese communities through by bushfires.

He attributed the rampant outbreak of bushfires in the District to smokers who carelessly leave butts on dry bushes.
