Daasebre Boamah Darko Daasebre Boamah Darko

The Adontenhene of Akyem Abuakwa Traditional Area, Daasebre Boamah Darko has waded into the usage of marijuana saying he finds no fault if a user does what needs to be done well as he was once a user.

He said his experience on the first day of usage of the drug was very terrible and has since vowed not to even attempt to smoke it again.

According to the controversial traditional Lord, he sees nothing wrong with someone smoking if the user has work to do to cater for him/herself.

Daasebre Boamah Darko, who is also chief of Akyem Kukurantumi insisted the experience of a user of marijuana will definitely be a lesson so he, therefore, urged the public to leave victims to their fate after several failures to heel to advise.

"I once tempted to smoke "wee" during my youthful days but the experience was very terrible that I nearly drank two "olonka" of gari soakings. I never tried again so when they (users) get to that point, they'll also advise themselves "

"All we need from them is to get employed to be able to take good care of their families as responsible persons" Daasebre Boamah Darko stressed.
