Tweeaa !!! It?s Churcher?s Sirens

While the vice president was urging the constituents to throw their weight behind the honourable member of parliament for Cape Coast, tongues were already wagging on the stir caused by the firebrand politician, Ms. Christine Churcher last Tuesday when a motorcade-blowing siren led the MP to the venue where a dispute between two factions of the members of the Nasara club had been settled and which venue had served as well as the place where the inauguration of the 18-member executives had taken place.

The scene attracted the attention of people who thought it was President Kufuor who had arrived in the city. Prof. Dominic Fobih, Minister for Lands and Forestry, Kwamena Bartels, Minister of Private Sector Development and Asamoah Boateng, Deputy Minister of Information had accompanied Aliu for the visit. When it turned out to be Christine Churcher, there was a lot of disappointment.

According to some members of the executive, the meeting did not patch things up, and it was unlikely that the team would work together since some people had been victimized and not been pacified.
