Suhum accident kills 2
Two people were killed on the spot
A Toyota Hiace minibus with registration number ER 2017-12, carrying 15 passengers from Akyem Oda and headed for Koforidua on Wednesday, 1 March collided with a KIA truck with registration number GW 3129-13 at Suhum, also in the Eastern Region, killing two persons on the spot and injuring others.
The dead have been conveyed to the Suhum Government Hospital while the wounded are currently on admission at the same facility.
One of the victims, who is in a coma, has been referred to the Koforidua Regional Hospital.
