Akyem Tafo Right Click (TFRC), a Non-Governmental Organization, has called on individuals, philanthropists and corporate bodies to join them in their quest to promote the well-being of the people.

The NGO which was officially launched last year has offered to help in community development, offering scholarship schemes for deprived, but excellent students, job placement, contract farming among others.

President of the group, Daniel Kofi Adjei in an interview at the official opening of an ultra-modern office at Akyem Tafo hinted his outfit is poised to bring change to many as they are investing heavily in various sectors of economic life as many have already benefited from their initiative.

“We are now rearing pigs, goats and also have intention of adding fowls while we are also into vegetables production,” he revealed.

General Secretary of TFRC, Mr. Solomon Kwaku Nuwordu, however appealed to the general public to be part of the NGO no matter one’s geographical location in order to help offer outreach service to the needy.

He was grateful to Osabarima Adusei Peasah IV for his dedication to the welfare of the NGO.

Mrs. Regina Botchwey, who is the Vice Chair of Regimanuel Gray and a Patron of Akyem Tafo Right Click (TFRC) also pledged her continuous support to the organisation since she shared in their vision and mission in assisting others.

“I think they have taken a good initiative and we all need to support them in diverse ways,” She added.

Meanwhile, participants were taken on an excursion to Akyem Patase near Kukurantumi to see the progress of work on the five and half acres of land acquired for farming to generate income to help support the community.
