Foreign companies risk being Swindled

wo Foreign companies in Ghana risk being Swindled by some Ashanti paramount

Two foreign companies that have purchased farmlands in Ghana are making frantic, but futile efforts. They risk forfeiting the lands. Very credible information reaching me indicates how they are desperately making contacts in the hope of averting the imminent problem of forfeiture that is scarily staring them in the face. They wish their looming ill fate dissipated as quickly as they are able to offer bribe.

Their nervous search for quick relief and fixes, hoping to grease the palms of those who have taken them to court will not wash. As long as John Fosu is in possession of some vital documents relating to the allodia ownership of the land, all their attempts will be wasteful dreaming. Much as they have involved in illegal purchase of the stool lands in question, the Ghanaian local agents of the companies will forever run helter-skelter, sweating, but never succeeding.

The only person able to lease or sell the land to them is Kumawuhene but unfortunately, there is none as I write/speak. Moreover, I should think copies of that vital document in my possession have reached other meaningful Kumawumman citizens as well. This makes it more difficult for the local agents of the said companies to woo over their targets (the two noblemen who have taken the companies to court). I hope this statement will be quite a daunting revelation to them.

Let me be very precise with my readers by kicking the lid off the cup in which a storm is bubbling. You will recall from my earlier write-ups that Agogohene and Kwamanghene in connivance with Kumawuhemaa and Kumawu kontrihene have illegally disposed of about eight hundred thousand acres (800,000) of Kumawu Stool lands to two foreign companies. Agogohene (Nana Akuoko Sarpong) and Kwamanghene (Nana Ntori Kumanupae) have sold the lands in the capacity as legal owners even though the lands belong to Kumawuman. Kumawuhemaa and Kumawu kontrihene are principal witness signatories to the illegal sales of the land.

I wonder the ease at which some people allow others to blindfold them because of their quest for quick buck through illegal means. Have Kumawuhemaa (long-term Canada-based and a teacher) and Kumawu kontrihene (once a teacher), never heard the wise saying, "Don't let their hospitality blindfold you to the true purpose of their invitation?" Agogohene and Kwamanghene have been able to persuade them with financial inducements to endorse the illegal sale of Kumawuman Stool lands. They have somehow assisted the two mentioned chiefs to take full ownership of the sold lands. However, little did they know that vital documents exist that prove the true owner of the sold lands.

When two "true" Kumawu citizens (name withheld) took the two companies, Agogohene, Kwamanghene, Kumawuhemaa and Kumawu kontrihene to court over the sale of the lands in question, the defendants are now panicking. The fact of taking them to court has triggered subsequent frantic effort in them to seek to bribe the complainants. This indicates they are now conscious of whom the true owner of the lands under discussion is. How fast, albeit indirectly, have we established the truth without even a court appearance, hearing or ruling? It has sent cold chill down the spine of the crooks who had intended to misappropriate Kumawu Stool lands. I hope they will suffer goose pimples/bumps when they get to learn that John Fosu, the defender of the poor and the friend of Kumawuman, is very much aware of their attempted underhand dealings.

This is just the beginning of more revelations to come. Does Asantehene also stand to benefit from this egregious deal in a way or the other? I am not accusing him but simply asking. Whomever I find to stand to benefit from this daylight robbery on Kumawman, I will not spare them the whipping cane, for that I can assure you.

Some greedy chiefs and queen are conniving to inflict pain, daylight robbery and utter misery on Kumawuman and her citizens. Until when are the noblemen and noblewomen of Kumawuman going to wait while, this frivolity goes on.
