Controversy emerges over access to late Apostle Safo Kantanka's body
Preliminary investigations point to a combination of ongoing road construction, loose gravel, mud from rainfall, and wet weather that reduced tyre grip and affected vehicle control.
The tanker suffered partial damage to its head compartment, with losses estimated in the thousands of cedis.
The crash has reignited concerns about road safety in construction zones, especially when rain makes driving conditions more dangerous.
