The Member of Parliament for Ketu North, Eric Edem Agbana, has been described as a “marking scheme” for effective leadership by the Assembly Member for the Wuxor, Have, and Sremanu Electoral Area, Japhet Festus Gbede.

Speaking during a radio program on Revival FM, Japhet Festus Gbede praised Agbana for his practical and results-driven leadership style.

He referenced a number of tangible developmental projects being implemented by the MP across the Ketu North Constituency, particularly in the areas of education, infrastructure, and youth empowerment.

According to Gbede, the visible impact of these initiatives set Agbana apart as a benchmark for political leadership.

“Edem Agbana is a marking scheme,” he stated, emphasising that the MP’s performance provides a clear standard against which other leaders can be measured.

He further noted that Agbana is creating a pathway for young politicians to follow one anchored on accountability, innovation, and genuine service to the people.

He stressed that the future of Ghana’s politics lies in leaders who deliver results rather than make empty promises.

Gbede also urged young political actors to emulate such leadership by focusing on community impact, transparency, and dedication to duty.

The comments have since generated discussion within political and youth circles, with many describing the MP’s approach as a model for a new generation of leadership focused on development and measurable outcomes.
