Business mogul Seidu Agongo has donated food items and other forms of support to Muslim students at Accra Academy Senior High School as part of efforts to assist them during the holy month of Ramadan.
The donation, which was presented on the school’s campus, was intended to support Muslim students observing the fast and to promote unity within the school community during the sacred period.
The items donated included milo, milk, biscuits, and other assorted food supplies.
The items were received on behalf of the students by the Headmaster and Assistant Headmaster of Accra Academy. They were joined by the President and Local President of the Ghana Muslim Students’ Association, Accra Academy Branch, along with some former executives of the association.
School authorities and student leaders expressed their appreciation to Alhaji Agongo for the kind gesture, calling it a timely intervention that would help ease the fasting period for Muslim students while reinforcing the values of generosity and communal support associated with Ramadan.
They also praised the philanthropist for his continued commitment to supporting educational institutions and youth development.
