Minority Leader in Parliament and Member of Parliament for Effutu, Alexander Kwamena Afenyo-Markin, has donated laptops to the Winneba Divisional Police Headquarters.
The donation was acknowledged by ACP Ibrahim Opoku, the Divisional Police Commander, who thanked Afenyo-Markin for the generous gesture.
He stated that the laptops would enhance police operations and enable officers to serve the people of Effutu more effectively.
In response, Afenyo-Markin reiterated his dedication to the people of Effutu, promising to support any project that would benefit the constituency.
He emphasised that it is his duty as a leader to ensure that security agencies are adequately equipped to carry out their responsibilities.
The donation forms part of his ongoing efforts to improve the lives of his constituents. Through his office, he has initiated several development projects aimed at enhancing education, healthcare, and security in the Effutu Constituency.
Residents of Effutu have welcomed the donation, describing it as a clear demonstration of Afenyo-Markin’s commitment to their welfare.
