Workers advised against malingering

Ho, Dec. 27, GNA- Rt. Rev. Matthias K Medadues-Badohu, Anglican Bishop of Ho has expressed concern about malingering of workers in the public sector during the Yuletide.

He observed that a few days to the Christmas holidays work at offices slowed down as most workers were either out shopping or doing else. Bishop Medadues-Badohu who was speaking to the Ghana News Agency (GNA) in Ho on the significance of the Yuletide said apart from loss of man-hours, some public officers divert public funds for their private use.

He advised Ghanaians to adopt moderation as their watchword in all preparations for the festivities.
