Nuaso (E/R), Feb. 24, GNA - Twenty adult illiterates had been trained to read and write the Dagme Language by the Dagme Literacy class of the Bible Society of Ghana at Manyakpowunor in the Lower Manya Krobo District. He called on other illiterate Christians in the community to join the literacy class so that they could learn to read and write and be able to read the bible. Rev. Laweteh, who is also the Dangbe Literacy Co-ordinator of the Bibl= e Society of Ghana, said this year, the 20 adults who were trained to read an= d write Dagme would be taught to read and write English Language also. He said the Bible Society of Ghana was expecting some members of the Literacy and Evangelism International Society from the United States of America to organize training of trainers programme to train adult illiterates to read and write the English Language. Rev. Fr. He said such programmes demonstrated the beauty and strength of the Christian faith and helped in winning people into Christianity. Earlier in a sermon, Rev.
