The District Chief Executive Who Is At The Same Time A Traditional Cheif.

The District Chief Executive for Atwima Nwabiagya, Nana Asare Bediako, a traditional Chief, who made an official tour of his district, accompanied by officers of the district assembly and some party functionaries, was cautioned by the people of the communities to be very careful not to amalgamate Politics with Chieftaincy.

When he interacted with the chiefs and people of the communities and held an open forum where individuals had the opportunity to express the concerns directly to him, his tour came with a lot of euphoria where the people of the Atwima Nwabiagya district greeted him with cheers and fanfare.

In his address he pledged his commitment to the development of Atwima Nwabiagya district and therefore called for the support of every individual to join in the development of the district.

The DCE who stressed and echoed his slogan “I am here to serve you” and further pleaded with the people of the communities to put aside party politics and head towards development of the district also got a reflection from the people to be very careful to separating Chieftaincy from Politics and also stick to the promises of his services to the communities and development of the district.
