TOPP hands over renovated primary school

Twifo Hemang (C/R), Sept. 27, GNA - Mr Billy Ghansah, Estate Manager of the Twifo Oil Palm Plantation (TOPP) Limited, on Friday, handed over a primary school block the company has renovated for the Methodist School, at Twifo-Hemang, in the Twifo-Hemang-Lower Denkyira District.

He said TOPP has erected poles valued at 55 million cedis in support of the electrification project of the Eduaben community.

Ms Regina Longdon, District Director of Education, thanked the company for the gesture and expressed the hope that parents would reciprocate by giving a top priority to the education of their children. Mr Gorman Hammond, District Co-ordinating Director, appealed to the teachers and pupils to ensure proper maintenance of the block.
