The MP for Subin, Kofi Obiri Yeboah, has urged constituents in Kwabre East to retain their Member of Parliament, Akwasi Gyamfi Onyina-Acheampong, for an extended period to ensure sustained development across their communities.
Speaking at a public forum organised by the Kwabre East MP, Obiri Yeboah emphasized that continuity in leadership is key to accelerating infrastructure and social development. He noted that long-term representation allows MPs to effectively plan and execute projects that directly benefit their constituents.
The Subin MP, who praised the Kwabre East MP for his outstanding performance in both Parliament and within his constituency, pledged his continuous support for him in all aspects.
He revealed that Onyina-Acheampong has been instrumental in discussions concerning the progress of the country, Parliament, and the NPP. He further emphasized that Kwabre East Constituency has been the backbone of the NPP in terms of numbers, adding that retaining a visionary leader like Onyina-Acheampong for the long term would significantly drive development in the area.
“I humbly urge the good people of this constituency to retain their MP for the long haul,” he said. “He has been instrumental in our parliamentary activities, discussions, and every call to duty. He is a great asset that must be protected; we cannot afford to lose such a competent personality.”

He continued by urging the people of Kwabre to give their overwhelming support to the MP, describing him as a visionary asset who deserves protection.
“I urge the people of Kwabre East to offer massive support to their MP and recognize him as a visionary asset who deserves protection,” he added.
As earlier indicated, the Subin MP made these remarks during a public forum organized by the Kwabre East MP. At the forum, he delivered an account of his stewardship since taking office as MP, where constituents were allowed to ask questions and raise concerns.
The Subin MP finally commended the Kwabre East MP for the initiative, adding that it was a move worthy of emulation by others.
