Mr Frederick Owusu Boateng, a Civil Engineer at Conti Construction Group, has urged students of the Hansen Road Seventh-Day Adventist School Complex to avoid bad influence and learn hard to succeed in life.

Mr Boateng asked the students to have faith and depend on God in everything they do because God is the source of our existence.

He said this at the school’s 22nd graduation ceremony in Accra for the pre-school, upper primary and 35 candidates who completed their basic education certificate examination.

The graduation ceremony was on the theme: “Building the Right Personality for the Future.”

Mr Boateng advised the students to be focus and have a vision for their life since that would be the guiding principle in future.

He urged the students to learn hard to justify their parent’s investment in them and abide by rules and regulations.

Mr Boateng appealed to parents to be responsible and support their wards by providing them with their needs to be responsible citizens in future.

Mr James Arthur, Headmaster of the school, said the school complex was the first Adventist school to be established in Accra, and would continue to help in transforming many lives through effective Christian education.

He said the school is renovating the blocks to enhance effective teaching and learning, while providing Christian education to complement the education curriculum.

The students were presented with awards for their outstanding performance in their field of studies.
