Region. The 50-acre land for the centre, donated by Nana Ofori Okoh, Chief o= f the area, will be used to train the youth and the physically challenged i= n society. Mrs Janet El-Aschkar, Chairperson of the NGO disclosed this, when th= e Association donated an amount of Gh¢ 500.00 to two visually impaired pe= rson, Ruth Aguure and Franklin Osei Opoku, to enable them to pursue a course in=

reflexology at the Parliament House in Accra. Reflexology involves the practice of massaging, squeezing, or pushin= g on parts of the feet, or sometimes the hands and ears, with the goal of encouraging a beneficial effect on other parts of the body, or to improve=

general health. Originating in Egypt and China, this ancient healing therapy utilize= s pressure points in the hands and feet to stimulate corresponding organs within the body. This stimulation taps into energy resources, thus creati= ng a balance of the body's energy. According to Mrs El-Aschkar, the donation forms part of the NGO's objective of training the physically challenged. The NGO also donated an amount of Gh¢ 593.00 to Maame Ewurabena, a=
