Nyinahin community get library complex

Nyinahin (Ash), June 21, GNA - Nana Amanpene Boateng Twum, chief of Nyinahin and Mr Isaac Kwame Asiamah, the Member of Parliament for Atwima-Mponua, have jointly cut the sod for work to start on a 619 million-cedi community library at Nyinahin.

The project, being funded by the district assembly and the MP through their common funds, would have an Internet caf=E9, toilet and urinal facilities and would be completed by the end of December. Mr Asiamah suggested to the Ministry of Local Government, Rural Development and Environment and the assemblies to involve traditional rulers and assembly members in the signing of documents that would cover any development projects in their areas to ensure transparency and community participation.
