The chief of Agric-Nzema in the Kwadaso Municipality, Nana Nkansah Boadu Ayeboafo, has donated 11 brand-new tipper trucks and two buses to his sub-chiefs and the community in celebration of the 75th birthday of the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.

The presentation, which took place at Agric-Nzema on Monday, May 11, 2026, formed part of activities marking the birthday of the Asantehene, celebrated on May 6, 2026.

Ten sub-chiefs, including the Abusuapain, each received a tipper truck to support their economic activities and welfare, while another truck was allocated to palace servants.

Nana Nkansah Boadu Ayeboafo also presented a brand-new minibus to the Agric-Nzemahemaa, Nana Adwoa Takyiawaa.

The second bus was dedicated to the Agric-Nzema community to facilitate transportation for community-related activities and outreach programmes.

Addressing guests during the presentation ceremony, the Agric-Nzemahene said the gesture was inspired by the leadership and humanitarian works of Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.

According to him, the Asantehene’s contributions to education and national development through initiatives such as the Otumfuo Education Fund continue to inspire him.

“I decided to celebrate Otumfuo’s 75th birthday by supporting my sub-chiefs with these vehicles to improve their welfare and economic activities,” he said.

Nana Nkansah Boadu Ayeboafo also expressed gratitude to the Agric-Nzemahemaa, the Abusuapain, and members of the community for their support over the years.

He noted that their encouragement and confidence in his leadership continue to motivate him to undertake development initiatives in the community.

The beneficiary chiefs and queen mother expressed appreciation to the Agric-Nzemahene for what they described as an unprecedented gesture.

Speaking on behalf of the beneficiaries, the Agric-Nzemahene linguist, Nana Obour Sika, praised Nana Nkansah Boadu Ayeboafo for his commitment to the welfare of his people and prayed for God’s blessings and long life for him.

They described his continuous support and empowerment of traditional leaders in the area as exceptional.
