NLA CEO achieves chartered status in administration and management consulting

The Director General of the National Lottery Authority (NLA), Mohammed Abdul-Salam, has been inducted as a Full Member, Chartered Professional Administrator (ChPA), and Chartered Management Consultant (CMC) by the Chartered Institute of Administrators and Management Consultants (CIAMC) Ghana.

He received the honours at CIAMC Ghana’s graduation ceremony held on Saturday, November 29, 2025, at the University of Ghana Law School. Abdul-Salam was among 23 graduands who attained the prestigious dual chartered status out of a total of 322 individuals who completed various programmes.

Abdul-Salam, who previously held senior management roles at the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA), holds an International Executive MBA, a postgraduate diploma from the Paris Graduate School of Management, and an HND in Accountancy from Tamale Technical University.

He described the achievement as a significant milestone in his professional journey and expressed his appreciation in a social media post.

CIAMC Ghana is the statutory professional body responsible for licensing administrators and management consultants and promoting standards in the profession. This year’s ceremony was held under the theme: “Mandatory Continuing Professional Education (MCPE) for Peak Performance.”
