Let us make good use of 2007 - Rev. Cudjoe

Accra, Jan. 01, GNA - Reverend Anthony Cudjoe, Head Pastor of Sakumono Branch of International Central Gospel Church (ICGC) has urged Christians to make the best of the New Year because God made it for a different purpose other than what pertained in 2006.

He explained that God made each season for a different purpose and urged the congregation to take advantage of what the new season had to offer to achieve their vision.

Rev. Cudjoe's message which centred on Psalm 65 and Genesis Chapter One was on the theme 'Elevation" the same theme for the national assembly of ICGC.

He led the people in a New Year's Service and prayed for guidance to begin the New Year on a clean slate, asked God for forgiveness and put their request before God.

Rev. Cudjoe asked Christians to pray for the success of Ghana's 50th anniversary celebration this year and God's protection to build the nation adding 93If God placed us on this land, then it is for a purpose and we must pray for Him to bless us and the nation." The service was attended by a large congregation with additional chairs and canopies provided outside the church hall.
