Kwame Kpomasi adjudged best farmer in Accra Metropolis

Accra, Nov. 7, GNA - Mrs Adzorkor Doku, Director of Food and Agriculture at Accra Metropolitan Assembly (AMA) has called for fair trade on the international market for African farmers. He called on Ghanaians to pay attention to climate change since it played an important role in the agricultural industry and other aspects of the nation's development. Nii Blankson said Government had reviewed agricultural bye-laws, Livestock Development Fund and created congenial atmosphere for increased agricultural production to improve the living standards of farmers.

Mrs Stella Asante was the best poultry farmer and Mr Nurudeen Mohamed the best livestock farmer.
