Kumawu Sekyere Afram Plains DCE to be Sacked for Incompetence?

My in-depth investigations conducted into the administration of the sitting Kumawu Sekyere Afram Plains DCE reveals total incompetence on his part, among other acts of malfeasance. He has been sitting on his lap twirling his fingers, yawning, sighing and completely nonchalant about meeting the expectations of his office and the people. Miserably, he saunters through the streets of Kumawu and trudges up a flight of steps to his office boasting and saying, "I got this job on the merit of my great learning" Good luck to him.

The DCE should understand that the enjoyment of every right requires of the beneficiary the execution of some responsibility of some sort. How does he justify the monthly salary he draws without attempting to perform his functions as a DCE let alone realising some essential developments for his district? Is it worth continuing to keep such an incompetent DCE who lacks managerial and organizational abilities? The answer to the question lies with President Atta Mills.

From my reliable source of information, the DCE will be shown the exit in the next few weeks. He has woefully failed to prove his worth as a DCE who can reliably help President Mills implement his "Better Agenda" for Ghana. The year 2011 has been declared a year of action by President Mills. He will crack his whip on non-performing DCEs of whom Kumawu Sekyere Afram Plains' one figures principally. This DCE has formed a Company with his friend in Kumasi. This Company is awarded the few insignificant contracts due for the district. This is an act of conflict of interest and corruption, if I should be frank with him. Anyway, the DCE should know that it's said, "Hope for the best and prepare for the worst" and also, "You know who you are but you may not know who you will become" Has he prepared for the imminent sack facing him? Will he continue to be the usual pompous guy after the sack? I hope not. He will rather retreat to his lair to lick his wounds in regret. Will he go with Uncle Kwasi Krah's girlfriend, the lady he snatched from this old man? Life is about paying the price.

This is a lesson to all non-performing DCEs and MPs. They will soon be confronted with the seismic fury of the people. Transparency, accountability, dedication, dynamism, farsightedness and respectfulness should be the pillars on which pivots the service-to-render by our elected and appointed representatives.

I wish the DCE a change of heart for the better when President Mills finally gets rid of him. When the axe falls, don't forget to tell the people "Yen aban na aba" as you are fond of saying when treating others with scorn.
