The Knights of St John International and the Ladies' Auxiliary have delivered a heartfelt tribute to the late Omane Boamah, celebrating his life and leadership.

The association, known for its commitment to service and discipline, praised Dr Omane Boamah for his composed demeanour and unwavering dedication.

Speaking to Citi News during a Vigil Mass at Christ the King Parish in Cantonments, Accra, on Thursday, August 14, 2025, Major General William Edmund Adjei, the Supreme Subordinate Commandery President of the Knights of St John International, remarked that Dr Boamah's personal qualities have left a deep and lasting impression on the fraternity.

"While we were with him in his office, I observed a composed and well-disciplined man. It’s a lesson we will pass on to our cadets as we mold them into future leaders," Major General Adjei said.

The Knights highlighted Dr Omane Boamah's exceptional qualities, describing him as a man of principle and a true embodiment of their values.

“A few months ago, we visited him, and we were confident that he would join the Knights. His death is a great loss to us, but as Catholics and Christians, we believe that although he has left us, it marks the beginning of a new life in heaven,” he added.
