The Kpone-Katamanso Municipal Assembly (KKMA) has inaugurated a 10-member Committee to spearhead the process of ensuring that good sanitation practices are held high across all its four zonal Councils.

The Committee will formulate strategies that would enhance good and sanitation practices among residents of the area.

Mr.Solomon Tettey Appiah, Kpone-Katamanso Municipal Chief Executive, noted that his outfit would strictly implement its sanitation by-laws warning that "we shall prosecute anyone who is caught flaunting the sanitation laws".

Mr. Appiah added that, one way of ensuring good sanitation practises was an attitudinal change towards the making and disposal of filth and therefore called on all to be agents of change within their communities.

The event, which was preceded by a massive clean-up exercise in Kpone, was on the theme,"'Sesa wu su ban," to wit, "change your attitude."
