Hohoe District Assembly to move new offices

Hohoe, Sept 2, GNA - Work on a 1.107 billion cedis new offices for the Hohoe District Assembly has been completed, Mr James Dogbe, the District Chief Executive, told the GNA in an interview.

He said the District Administration and some decentralised departments that had offices in the old administration block have moved into the new building and are waiting for telephone connection.

Mr Dogbe said the old building would be allocated to departments and agencies, including the GNA, which are in private rented premises. On revenue, Mr Dogbe said the assembly generated 93 percent 685 million cedis (93 per cent) out of its half-year target of 734 million cedis and was optimistic the target for the year would be realised.
