The people of Juapong in the North Tongu Constituency are set to experience a significant boost in healthcare provision following the official handover of a brand new, fully equipped health facility by Engage Now Africa (ENA).
The benevolent gesture, aimed at improving community well-being, was welcomed with enthusiasm by local residents and leaders alike.
The state-of-the-art facility, constructed and furnished by Engage Now Africa, represents a major step forward in addressing healthcare accessibility challenges faced by many in the rural parts of the constituency. It is equipped to provide essential medical services, bringing primary healthcare closer to the doorsteps of countless families.
Speaking at the handover ceremony, Cecilia Amankwah, the Africa Director for Engage Now Africa, reiterated the organisation's unwavering commitment to uplifting communities. "Our aim at Engage Now Africa is to provide essential services such as healthcare, education, and other vital support to communities that are most in need across the continent," Cecilia Amankwah stated. She emphasised that the new facility is a tangible manifestation of this dedication, promising improved health outcomes for the community.
The Member of Parliament for North Tongu, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, expressed heartfelt gratitude to Engage Now Africa for their significant contribution. "This generous and kind gesture from Engage Now Africa will undoubtedly transform healthcare delivery for our people," Samuel Ablakwa remarked.
"For too long, many in our constituency have faced challenges accessing quality healthcare due to distance and inadequate facilities. This new facility will bring relief and improved health outcomes to countless families, particularly benefiting our women, children, and the elderly."
