Failure has no excuse - Emmanuel Asieme

One of Ghana’s finest motivational speaker Asieme Emmanuel Ayine, have challenged the youth to eschew making excuses.

He was speaking during his book launch titled, “The Success Theory”, on August 20, 2016 at the Ghana Institute of journalism. The speaker bemoaned the growing lack of zeal among the youth saying that “majority who flops while chasing their dreams tries to justify why they never succeeded as if that was a compensation for failing”.

According to him, when you make excuses for failing you are simply saying that, it is not your fault that you failed. This type of mindset Emmanuel Asieme noted, weakens ones aggression to do the things necessary to guarantee success.

Quoting from his book, Emmanuel Asieme emphasized that, one will only succeed by “systematically utilizing commonsense, energy, self-steadfastness and self-discipline”. He explained that, this definition lays at the heart of his book, and outlines the processes necessary to effect change in one’s life.
He further noted that, “the journey of success is symbolic to crises, pain, and regret, but all these are the lessons we get as we bump along the path of prominence”. Everyone have greatness within you, the only difference is to stop giving excuses. Stop using your present and past state of affairs to predict your future he concluded”.
