Ghanaian gospel musician Ewuraba Eesi has won the hearts of many after making a significant donation to the Word Alive Orphanage Home in Esiama.

The singer, songwriter, performer, and professional teacher, known for her support of the less privileged through the Ewuraba Eesi Foundation, collaborated with her club, the Empress Ladies, to maximize the number of items for donation.

The items donated included bags of rice, sugar, drinks, biscuits, bags of water, toiletries, detergents, milk, and cash, among others.

The children from the orphanage home expressed their excitement and gratitude towards the singer and her entourage, the Empress Ladies.

The ceremony took place on May 18, 2024.

Following the donation, the children were treated to a special event at Maaha Beach Resort, creating a joyful atmosphere.

Ewuraba Eesi mentioned that the support aligns with the core mandate of her ministry, which is to be a blessing to the less privileged in society.

She said, "The ministry is not only about music. I believe as gospel musicians, our lives must positively affect the lives of others, and the impact should be directed to these children because they need our physical support."

Ewuraba Eesi also expressed her ministry's intention to extend this gesture to another orphanage in the country and called on other gospel musicians to contribute in similar ways.

The leadership of the Word Alive Orphanage Home in Esiama expressed their profound gratitude to Ewuraba Eesi and the Empress Ladies Club for their kind gesture.

Meanwhile, Ewuraba Eesi has released a new song titled "Nya Confidence," which is performing remarkably well in the music space.
