Donkomi donates towards Adom FM’s charity event

Staff of Meshan-ad Consult, as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), on Wednesday, 15th April, 2015 donated cartons of cooking oil, luncheon beef and used clothing worth over one thousand two hundred Ghana Cedis (Ghc 1,200) towards Adom FM’s charity event dubbed "Nyira Nsuo".

The donation was received by Ms. Flora Lamptey, Sales Manager of Adom FM on behalf of the station.

Presenting the items to Adom FM a member of the Multi-Media Group in Accra, Mrs. Christie Kwegyir-Aggrey, Managing Director of Meshan-ad Consult said, Donkomi is proud to associate itself with the charity event, as she believes in helping the less privileged especially children in every little way. “This initiative by Adom FM to help the needy without waiting for any occasion is a laudable idea.”

She indicated that their commitment to helping the community is what has led to the their event “Donkomi Clearance sales” to be held on 1st to 3rd May 2015 at the Trade fair car park, from 9am to 6pm each day.

This event is aimed at helping consumers afford quality products that meet their budget. Donkomi leverages on discounts with participating companies to help consumers get great bargains on their favorite products.

The upcoming event will bring together a lot of consumer goods such as office and home furniture, sanitary ware, concrete products, paints, food and drinks, home collection items, garden and yard care products, home appliance, air conditioners among others.

“May-Day Special Donkomi” as it is dubbed will bring together over fifteen (15) companies, with over fifty (50) products, all at great discounts. Mrs. Kwegyir-Agrrey encouraged corporate Ghana and other Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to take advantage of Donkomi sales clearance to grow their business, promote new products and argument sales.

Donkomi has recorded great success in previous events with both consumers and partners satisfied” Mrs. Kwegyir-Aggrey added.
