Divine Montessori school got to the national level after emerging as the Brong-Ahafo regional champions from nineteen participating schools in the primary category, in November, 2008.

At the end of the regional competition, three schools emerged as front runners to represent the region at the national competition.

Drobo Senior High School represented the Brong-Ahafo region in the Senior High School category while Wesley Junior High School represented the region in the Junior High School category.

The Headmaster of the school, Mr. Ernest Oduro Mensah, commended the French teachers of the school, Messrs. George Prempeh and Peter Boateng for having done a good job.
