DCE in sex scandal

The District Chief Executive (DCE) of Kwahu Afram Plains in the Eastern Region, is allegedly embroiled in a sex scandal.

Audio recordings of some of his supposed sex escapades and nude pictures of some of the ladies he had purportedly bedded, are circulating on the social media.

The images and the recordings were captured on the Nokia phone of the DCE but the phone ‘mysteriously’ got missing on the last day of the filing of nominations by parliamentary aspirants of the ruling National Democratic Congress(NDC).

On that fateful Thursday, September 10, one of the aspirants whom the DCE supports, filed his nomination and in the ensuing euphoria, the phone got missing.

DAILY GUIDE learnt that after the said aspirant had filed his nomination, the DCE hosted him and his supporters at his residence and in the course of the merrymaking, his (DCE’s) close ally found the phone at the venue and the information was leaked.
