A fresh writ of motion on notice for an order of interlocutory injunction has been filed against Adama Latse and six others.

The other six Defendants include Nii Yaote Otoga, David Tackie Komey Lomoko, Jonathan Tackie Komey Lomoko, Ago Tackie Komey Lomoko, David Tackie Komwy Lomoko and Samuel Ago Lantei Lamprey.

The writ with Suit number GJ 1180/2017 which was filed on the 8th of August 2017 at the High Court by Nii Agyeman kese, Principal Elder and only surviving Kingmaker of the Ga Paramount Stool Dzaase, is to stop the Defendants from sprinkling of Homowo festive food, known as kpokpoi on Saturday.

The case which will be heard on the 15th of August 2017, was filed because Nii Adama Latse has not been recognised by the legitimate Kingmakers of the Ga Dzaase Paramount Stool.

According to the Writ, the Defendants are not accredited kingmakers of the Ga Stool hence they are ‘imposters,’ who have committed illegalities against the Ga Stool and have perpetrated fraud against the people of Ga.

The Plaintiffs prayed the Court grants his reliefs and stop the Defendants from committing further mayhem in the Ga State.

The Plaintiff is also praying the court to order the Defendants from performing any duty in the capacities they claim to be holding since they are not recognized as such, because there are several Court cases, including injunctions pending against the Defendants over their claims over the Ga Stool.
