The over 14,000 Ghana Cedis facility, comprising a computer room, store, library and an office was built by the community with support from a couple at the United States Embassy in Accra.

Mr. and Mrs David Bonnardeaux solicited 8,000 Ghana Cedis for the project from relations and friends abroad to complete the project. They also presented a computer to the school, 150 new school uniforms to pupils with many teaching and learning aids. The couple also negotiated with TIGO, a Telecommunication service provider to connect electricity to the school.

Mr. Bonnardeaux praised the community for their determination and communal spirit and expressed the hope that the facility would accommodate more children and offer child friendly environment to promote education in the area. Mr. Emmanuel Keteku, Kpandu District Director of Education urged the community to ensure that their girl-children were enrolled in the school. He advised Parent-Teacher Association of the school to do all within their reach to ensure that children were retained in the school.
