Commercial Activities Restored To Ho After Eclipse

Ho, March 29, GNA - Administrative and commercial activities were restored at Ho after a three-minute experience of the eclipse of the sun on Wednesday, March 29.

The event, which started around 0815 hours with the total eclipse appearing between 0914hours and 0917 hours was characterized with anxiety and the fear of the unknown. This kept most people indoors leaving the streets empty but for few taxis that were making rounds.

The central market was quiet as many shops were closed including space-to-space operators. It was also marked with unusual noises from birds especially fowls that were not sure of what was happening.
