Bosomtwe Rural Bank assists communities with building materials

Kumasi, Jan 5, GNA - The Bosomtwe Rural Bank with its headquarters at Kuntanase last year assisted some communities in its catchments area with building materials to support some of their development projects.

The items, which cost over 200 million cedis, were roofing sheets, cement, wood boards and nails.

Mr J.E.K. Mainu, Human Resource and Administrative Manager of the bank, named some of the beneficiary communities as Trede, Morontuo, Atwima-Kwanwoma, Kuntanase, Beposo and Jachie.

Mr Mainu was presenting 50 bags of cement to the Kyirapatre Junior Secondary School for the rehabilitation of the school at Kyirapatre in the Kumasi metropolis on Thursday.

Mr Robert Asante, the Headmaster of the school, thanked the bank for their regular support and called on teachers and communities to patronise the bank to enable it continue supporting people in its catchments area.
