Frank Okelley, a form two student of the Presbyterian Boys Senior High School at Legon, became the third winner of the Azumah Nelson Foundation Educational Scholarship.

Okelley, a science student impressed the boxing legend with his intelligence during an interactive session dubbed: “Time with the Professor” at Legon, in Accra.

The interaction with Azumah Nelson is a nationwide youth empowerment tour initiated by the boxing legend, which is aimed at educating and inspiring high school students to aspire for greatness in their chosen fields of endeavour.

Students from Aquinas Senior High, Accra Academy, Labone Senior-High, Accra Girls Senior-High and Presbyterian Boys Senior-High schools, took their turns to listen to the inspirational messages from Nelson, three-timer WBC Super featherweight champion.

In an exciting atmosphere interspersed with occasional cheers from the students, the boxing professor shared his inspirational story with the students and encouraged them to imbibe the spirit of dedication, discipline and perseverance as they aspire to greater heights in their chosen career.

He urged the students to take their studies seriously and desist from all forms of negative tendencies that may ruin their lives.

Azumah had earlier on toured Central and Eastern Regions and he is hoping to tour the other regions.
