Joana Gyan Cudjoe, the Member of Parliament (MP) for Amenfi Central in the Western Region, has showered President John Dramani Mahama with praises, describing him as "father of possibilities" and "an angel of God in human form," on the occasion of his 67th birthday.

In a message released online, the legislator commended the president, tying the president’s political trajectory to immediate economic benefits for Ghana, claiming that the mere anticipation of his "second coming" has had a transformative impact.

The MP began her tribute by expressing profound gratitude for Mahama’s life and praying for continued divine protection.

"We're so grateful to God for your life. May the good Lord continue to bless your remaining years on earth. Ayikoooo, Sir," she stated.

Claiming Economic Transformation

The political highlight of MP Joana Gyan Cudjoe’s message centered on radical claims regarding the current state of the Ghanaian economy, attributing recent perceived stabilisation directly to the influence of President Mahama’s potential return to office.

She asserted that the possibility of his second term has already ushered in "significant improvement in the Ghanaian economy."

To substantiate this claim, the Amenfi Central lawmaker specifically pointed to key market indicators, including "cedi appreciation to the dollar" and a noticeable "reduction in diesel and petrol" prices across the country.
