The walk will begin at Ayi Mensah and end at Peduase Methodist School Park
Bel-Aqua is set to hold its annual mental health walk on Saturday, October 3, 2026, as part of its “Take a Break” campaign, which seeks to encourage conversations around mental wellbeing and the importance of taking time to recharge.
The walk will begin at 5:30 a.m. at Ayi Mensah, with participants expected to make their way to the Peduase Methodist School Park, where the activity will conclude.
The annual event combines physical activity with mental health awareness, encouraging participants to step away from their daily routines, connect with others and make time for their wellbeing.
Through its “Take a Break” campaign, Bel-Aqua has sought to promote greater awareness of mental health and encourage people to have open conversations about issues that can affect their emotional and psychological wellbeing.
The walk also provides an opportunity for participants to come together in a relaxed setting while supporting the broader conversation around the need to prioritise mental health.
Participants are expected to gather at Ayi Mensah ahead of the early-morning start on Saturday.
The October 3 walk forms part of Bel-Aqua’s ongoing efforts to use its “Take a Break” platform to encourage healthier approaches to managing everyday pressures and making personal wellbeing a priority.
