The radiance of the torchlight of liberty: A “light” in light and darkness

"Go, raise kingdom businessmen (and women) billionaires for the kingdom that will result into economic change and a better living condition of the people."

On the eve of 4th August 2014, the rays of a charge had beamed from the corridors of the “knowingly unknown;” a spark of life had been initiated, and a fire had been kindled in the deepest part of the soul and had been ignited with unquenchable passion. Immediately, desire became a mandate, and passion became a commission.

A mustard seed of business ownership, job creation, poverty eradication, and Christian relevance in contemporary times were sown. Since then, Apostle & Mrs. Dan Clad, together with the persuaded, have been working tirelessly to execute the vision. Cultivation started among friends, family, disciples, neighbours, old acquaintances, and pastors.

For who hath despised the day of small things? For they shall rejoice, and shall see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel with those seven; they are the eyes of the LORD, which run to and fro through the whole earth.

Zechariah 4:10

This time, the plummet was in the hands of Apostle Dan Clad. A sure word relevant to the church and the nation was activated. Although the economic environment and Christian perspective of business ownership were weird, yet, the banner of transformation was lifted, barriers and tainted thinking were pulled down and manifestation became the new order.

John, the venerable apostle denoted, “For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.” The comprehension of the God-factor not in the sense of “religious fanatism” but in the light of a prevailing wisdom that provokes and invokes reality out of that which seems ethereal became the “new normal” and its peripheral effects is deeply recorded in the consciousness of the experienced and worthy witnesses.

Bishop Liz Dan Clad, Rev Elton Dusi, the leadership of Daniel Clad Ministries (DCM) and partners, leadership of Ever Fruitful Christian Centre (EFCC) and the entire congregation, friends, and the Persuaded stood firm, praying, encouraging, mobilizing, funding, and praising God for his faithfulness.

Truth needs no defender, because within, is the greatest defender of all times. The spark of light that had been ignited in the deepest part of the soul, that which seemed abstract, eventually, testified of itself and pushed its way out of the sod and manifestation followed. The mission targeted but not only limited to the Christ-conscious-ones but also men and women from all languages, tribes, social statuses and families.

With the unity of purpose and love unfeigned, success is replacing fear and prosperity is overcoming lack. Give me fish! Give me food! Has changed to fishing vessels and nets, while farming and food cultivation has amputated the arm of hunger.

We have learnt not to bother our Father and God with “petty petty” requests that ownership settles. The commission came to Dan Clad, but it came for the sake of mankind, generations, nations, families, persons, corporations and businesses. The life blood of this commission flows by virtue of the core existence of humanity.

God is not “cherry-picking” a denomination above others, neither is he preferring a tribe to another. It is either all of us or none of us. We either come together for the blessing or forfeit it. What is meant for all of us will never be given to one of us. What all must share will not be shared in the absence of one. God loves us. O, he truly loves us.

The love of God for us is revealed through his purpose. The benevolence of the King eternal is shown through the unfathomed agency of change he has birthed amongst us. When men are afflicted, oppressed, or devastated due to prevailing situations and circumstances, solution is already embedded in the very fabric of mankind. The hand of divinity has appointed men to save men, especially, their own.

We are in the most favourable among many and live in the most strategic moments of the history of our country. Mercy and grace are at their peak. Possibility is gallantly matching towards impossibility to reveal the prevailing wisdom of the “self-reliant Divine” through the raising of chivalrous men and women who will alter the course of human history in an infrequent manner through businesses which its solutions touches the very core of the soul of the earth.

The irony is that in every failure there is success; faith in fear; light in darkness; hope in despair; abundance in lack; prosperity in poverty; exaltation in rejection and independence in oppression. There is an answer to every challenge plaguing every generation if the men and women in that generation will go beyond the “self-mentality” and seek that which is unknown. Then shall the language of the said generation be called “the talk of possibility.”

Raise your consciousness to the truth that you are blessed not cursed; a lender not a borrower; an asset not a liability and a solution, not a problem.
